Raw Spark Energy is a Colorado-based food brand that produces and sells whole-food energy chews made from natural ingredients including honey, dates, oats, organic agave, chia seeds, lemon, sea salt, gelatin, and tapioca starch. Our products are intended to support active lifestyles and athletic performance as a convenient whole-food fuel source. We are operated by an individual business owner based in Superior, Colorado.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from rawsparkenergy.com, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products.
3. Products and Ingredients
Raw Spark Energy chews are a whole-food energy product made from natural ingredients. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our products are food items, not FDA-evaluated dietary supplements.
It is your responsibility to review the full ingredient list before purchasing if you have any food allergies, intolerances, or dietary restrictions. Our products currently contain: dates, honey, oats, organic blue agave nectar, lemon juice, gelatin, tapioca flour, chia seeds, lemon peel, and sea salt.

4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, shipping address, and payment details. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund. Prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders over $33.00.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our full Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms and applies to all purchases. Because our energy chews are a perishable food product, opened items are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged. All return and refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery to Team@rawsparkenergy.com.
7. Discount Codes and Promotions
Discount codes issued by Raw Spark Energy are valid for one-time use per customer unless otherwise stated, cannot be combined with other offers or applied to previous orders, have no cash value, and are non-transferable. Raw Spark Energy reserves the right to cancel or modify promotional offers at any time. Misuse or fraudulent use of discount codes may result in order cancellation.

All content on rawsparkenergy.com including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Raw Spark Energy brand identity are our property and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
