Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Eligible Refunds

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Orders that were incorrect or missing items
• Items that did not match the product description

Non-Eligible Refunds

• Opened or partially consumed products (unless damaged or defective)
• Return requests made more than 14 days after delivery
• Dissatisfaction due to personal taste preference

How to Request a Refund

Email us at rawsparkenergy@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, Raw Spark Energy will cover return shipping costs. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please place a new order after your refund has been processed.
